President Uhuru attacked for congratulating Museveni

President Uhuru Kenyatta has been criticised for congratulating Yoweri Museveni following his disputed victory in the just concluded presidential election



Uhuru, on Saturday, February 20, sent a congratulatory message to Museveni and Ugandans just moments after the incumbent was declared the winner.

“I am very pleased to congratulate His Excellency President Yoweri Museveni on his re-election as President of the Republic of Uganda. The people of Uganda have spoken, and they have spoken very clearly,” said President Uhuru Kenyatta.
